Private Pottery Event at Birkana

Are you going to celebrate a birthday, gather your family, have a friend's day or do something different with your colleagues? A private pottery workshop is a quiet, creative and cozy way to be together.

You will be given the workshop to yourselves and will be guided through the basic techniques of handmade pottery. You don't need any prior experience — we help you get started and guide you along the way, so you can work with your own ideas and create something personal.

Prices

Small companies — 4—6 people
3 hours: 550 kr. per person
4 hours: 650 DKK per person

Large companies — 7 persons or more
3 hours: 600 kr. per person
4 hours: 700 DKK per person

At larger companies, we are two supervisors, so everyone has the opportunity to get help along the way.

The price includes clay, glazing, burning, as well as coffee and tea.

In addition, you can choose catering for the whole company:

Cake: +50 DKK per person
Christmas Catering: +75 DKK per person
Simple brunch: +125 DKK per person

Here's how it goes

When you arrive, we welcome you in the workshop and tell you briefly about the clay and the basic techniques we work with.

Then you will find inspiration and start your own projects. For example, you can make cups, bowls, figurines or something completely different. We help you along the way with technique, form and idea development.

After the workshop is over, the process continues with us. The blanks must dry, burned the first time, glazed by hand, and then burned again.

Pottery is a slow craft, which is why your finished items are basically ready after 4—6 weeks.

We'll let you know when they're ready for pickup. If you do not have the opportunity to pick them up, shipping can be arranged for a fee.
